Maintenance support

Our latest recruit, AI Alice, will be on hand 24/7 to provide an extra layer of support to our tenants, even when our main team are not available to speak. Her main role will be to trouble shoot any issues as soon as they’re reported, assisting with quick fixes and guiding tenants through basic repairs to ensure a prompt resolution. This might include sourcing and troubleshooting boiler error codes, stopping leaks or attending to tripped switches.

Alice is not here to replace the humans in our company but to work alongside them to help improve the tenant experience as well as reducing the amount of unnecessary chargeable call outs for landlords. 

Being an AI bot is a busy lifestyle for Alice, so she doesn’t get too much down time. But when she does, she loves to spend it socialising and learning from fellow AI bots in the metaverse!
