Maintenance Operations Manager

As the operation manager for our in-house maintenance team, Kax’s role in the business is to oversee all day to day logistics in the maintenance side of the business. 

He brings with him over 18 years of industry experience from a variety of different roles and his focus is to improve the service for our landlords and tenants as well as reducing the costs of repairs for our landlords. Kax works in tandem with the local area managers to ensure a seamless service remains for our landlords and tenants. 

Outside of work Kax is a dedicated family man and brings with him an enthusiasm to give a personal touch when working with landlords, contractors and tenants.
